Recycling of rigid polyurethane foam
Our company prides itself on a sustainable production model based on the recycling of industrial and construction waste. Our exclusive focus lies in the effective recycling of rigid polyurethane foam waste, the key material utilized in the creation of Warmotech panels. This commitment to sustainability underscores every aspect of our operation. Our company is a great example of sustainable manufacturing having recycled almost 5000 tonnes of waste since it’s launch. Our recycling plant is based in Lithuania where we source the waste from all over Europe and prepare it for reuse in panel production process.

The panels made from rigid polyurethane foam waste are proudly labeled as Warmotech. Renowned for their outstanding qualities and adherence to strict mechanical requirements, these panels are a testament to our commitment to create innovative and sustainable products. Our production is efficiently maintained by several dedicated manufacturing lines that run around the clock to meet demand. We produce panels of several densities for different applications - Warmotech 550 and Warmotech 700 - for construction market as well as interior and furniture market.

These materials are bonded together using advanced Hotmelt PUR technology or one component PU adhesives to create elements of quality. The characteristics of the thermal, mechanical and other factors of use are taken into consideration while manufacturing multilayer products. With a maximum size of 1350 x 4300 mm we offer a great flexibility for element dimension.
High pressure laminates (HPL) are applied to Warmotech panel to create decorative waterproof panels known as W-core. This innovative panel presents a compelling alternative to conventional particle boards and other materials that may not meet contemporary standards. Key advantages being resistance to water, no formaldehyde emission, easy processing, wide range of thickness. Most utilized in furniture market and diverse interior applications, the W-core stands as a testament to both aesthetics and functionality.
